Our factory is located in Nakornnayok area, covering approximately 5 Rais (or about 8,000 square meters), with more than 65 lines of straw production machines. Today, we have over 240 tons production capacity a month, which enables us to fulfill customers’ requirements, and have developing new types of straws to cope with ever-changing market environments. In addition, customers’ newly invented straws can also be studied mutually with BD Straws based on None Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
At BD Straws, we work closely with our supply chain partners to ensure that the best quality products are delivered to customers with its most advanced technology and more importantly in a timely manner.
Currently, we serve our products to both customers at home and abroad (more than 35 countries to export). By 2010, we aim to double our export market share maintaining our while Positioning as the biggest straw maker in Thailand.
The Quality :
As quality is one of the foremost important factors in today’s business culture, BD Straws has improved several ways to help customers get their utmost satisfaction with our products. Not only to ensure that food-grade approved raw materials are being used but more importantly with its productions. Our QA/ QC teams will ensure that high standard procedures are met from the very incoming raw materials to work-in-process and finally with pre-shipments. International third-party lab test is also available upon request.
Also, high attentions are put on clean facilities and operators’ disinfections to ensure that all our products are hygienically made in accordance with GMP & HACCP measures.
